Peralta Calendars

More outlook-based calendars coming soon 

To add any of the Outlook-based calendars to your personal Outlook Calendar, follow these instructions:

1) Open your Outlook Calendar in a browser 
(open https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ and open Calendar)

2) Below the tiny calendar on the left, click Add Calendar

3) Choose Subscribe from web from the options on the right

4) Copy and paste one of these links:

• Academic Calendar:
  https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ba282c541e68435d97cd9dddfe15a2c1@peralta.edu/2d0ff64ed7654af18e893947b11d2c711439234586055238490/calendar.ics
• Holiday Calendar: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ba282c541e68435d97cd9dddfe15a2c1@peralta.edu/c0d681392a5c4b8f87413a9ca6f4aaef11212038774958573411/calendar.ics

5) Name the calendar and choose a color and an icon from the options provided

6) Choose an option from Add to - this will affect where the calendar shows up in the listing of calendars in your Outlook

7) Click Import and the calendar should be good to go :)
